Get slim by eating slowly & chewing!

Watch a fat person eat....they shovel and swallow! That's a major reason why they are fat. They have lost all sense of what they are eating and have lost the ability to listen to their body tellling them when they are full. They don't even taste what they are eating, that's how come they can happily eat so much rubbish. Any wonder why fat people have indigestion and wind???? Because they haven't chewed their food properly and they have overloaded their stomach and digestive system.
Now, you may not identify with the above, but just take a few minutes to think..... do you sit down to eat? You see, if you do all the above it becomes very difficult to eat rubbish or overeat. Your body will crave good honest food. And, by eating slowly, you will notice that you feel full after a modest amount of food. Observe 'naturally slim' people. That's what they do - that's why they are slim! And yet they appear to eat what they want! Well that's becaue they do! But in moderation. A slim person eats one square of expensive chocolate and lets it slowly melt in their mouth, releasing all the wonderful flavours and the richness of the cocoa....and they are happy! They don't need to eat an entire packet of cheap chocolate biscuits to feel good. Try spending one day chewing every mouthful of food 20 times, sitting down to eat and eating consciously, without the distraction of the TV etc. Can you notice the difference? |
