1. Tell at least one person how much you love them 2. Exercise - get the endorphins flowing! 3. Think of all the things in your life you are grateful for 4. Phone a friend 5. Plan to do at least one thing today that you have never done before. 6. Daydream about how you'd like your life to be in the future 7. Laugh out loud - another endorphin release! 8. Play your favourite all-time track and if appropriate dance aroudn the lounge to it! Mine is Michael Macdonald 'Ya Mo Be There' 9. Give someone a hug 10. Smile!
