Let’s not go into complicated explanations… NLP very simply means that you can programme your brain to see and therefore do or feel whatever you choose. You are in control of your brain. No-one else can make you feel sad or happy– you choose to let the circumstances make you feel sad or happy. All our behaviour has been learned or programmed into our subconscious mind. Bad habits, and even many addictions, are learned bad behaviour. Phobias are often one experience that is now engrained in your subconscious mind as a scary video that you keep replaying – unnecessarily!
